Venkat Ramineedi received his MS and MBA from the University of Oklahoma. He works full-time in the corporate world. He started his real estate career part-time and expanded his business to several single and multi-family properties in and around the Oklahoma City area. He is the Property Acquisitions Director. His company Ardent Real Estate Solutions analyzes various investment opportunities and directs property acquisitions of residential and commercial real estate. He oversees renovation of projects and performs asset management by working closely with the property managers. The strategies embedded in this book are from his years of experience in finance and real estate field and can be applied by anyone who wishes to manage their personal finances better and generate passive income in real estate part-time while keeping their day job.
